Our Lions and Lady Lions competed in the Covington Invitational XC meet yesterday afternoon and brought home a lot of hardware.
Camila Gonzalez placed 1st in the junior high girls race, Cetch Harris placed 12th in the junior high boys race, and Garrett Kittley placed 15th in the varsity boys race.
The both junior high teams and the varsity boys team each placed 4th overall.
The varsity girls team came home team CHAMPIONS with 6 of the 8 runners medaling - Addisyn Armstrong placed 1st, Rylee Freeman placed 2nd, Kalan Short placed 4th, Rebecca Melton placed 5th, Harper Harrell placed 11th, and Emmie Frankum placed 14th.
