The University Interscholastic League (UIL) requires that all incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th grade students participating in athletics and/or marching band have a Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation (PPE). Any student entering into the grades listed above, that will be participating in any of the follow, must have a completed physical before they will be allowed to participate in any practice or competition:
- Cheer
- Cross Country
- Football
- Volleyball
- Basketball
- Track
- Powerlifting
- Tennis
- Baseball
- Softball
- Marching Band
We will be hosting two dates that will allow students to have their physical completed during the school day: Friday, May 8th (girls) and Wednesday, May 13th (boys). Physicals are $25 and only cash will be accepted. Any student wanting to have their physical must bring payment and the attached Medical History form completed and signed by their parent/guardian.
Any student without a completed and signed Medical History form will not be given a physical.
