Information on School Lunches

After talking with a few parents about school lunches, we thought it would be helpful to post information showing what is included in school lunches and the nutrition rules we follow. You can see on the chart that the amount of sodium (salt) allowed is low. Next year the rules will change and the sodium amounts will be even lower.
