All BG Visitors and Spectators

With the guidelines set in place with the UIL, our visitor stands can hold 191, which is at 50% capacity. Ticket
information is available on our school website. Posted around the ticket gates, there are important questions
that each spectator must answer honestly, before entering our facility. Please sit in the marked off areas in the
bleachers. Groups should maintain at least six feet of distance from other groups at all times. Ques will be
placed on the sidewalk to identify the proper distance. A group is defined as no more than 10 people
including the members of the household and those persons who traveled together to the facility.

Visiting Players, Coaches and Media
All players and coaches will need to park their bus or school vehicles behind the main gym. They will enter and
exit through the door on the South West corner of the gym. There will be a sign posted, stating: Visitor’s
Entry/Exit. All visiting teams must bring their own water or sports drinks. Any media personal need to check
in with our athletic director for clearance to enter the facility.

All Officials will enter and exit at the North West corner of the gym. There will be a sign posted, stating:
Official's Entry/Exit. The officials will use the locker room that is located within the door they enter through.
Spectators, Audiences, Fans and Media will be required to wear face coverings as described in Executive Order
GA-29 and practice social distancing. Face coverings are required to stay on during the entire stay at the
facility. Handicap seating is located on the bottom rows of the bleachers. We will have a concession stand

Please email or call if you have any questions. If you need help finding the right place to park or enter, just call
and someone will come outside and greet you.
